Cody has been with PAVE East Texas since 2014. He was hired as both a GED and ESL Instructor. He coordinated and taught with many local businesses under PAVE East Texas’s offsite program. In 2021, he moved into the Community Resources position, where he worked to eliminate barriers in student’s lives. In 2023, he became Director of GED Services.
Cody earned his Associate of Arts degree from Kilgore College and his Bachelor’s in English from The University of Texas at Tyler.
He and his wife, Erin, met while working at PAVE East Texas and were married in 2022.
