Cristy Arscott

Cristy Arscott is retired, previously serving as Executive Director with the Smith County Bar Association. She has been a volunteer tutor with PAVE East Texas in the GED program, and also serves on the board of Women's Fund of Smith County. Her philanthropic efforts are widespread throughout the county; with leaders in education and law now receiving the Cristy Arscott Liberty Bell Award in her honor.
